CGFS-REVERSE LOGISTICS, COOLING AND GAS FILTERING SYSTEM

CGFS-REVERSE LOGISTICS, COOLING AND GAS FILTERING SYSTEM
Project
objective PRESENTATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION With the purpose to solve the high levels of greenhouse gas emissions, it was developed the CGFS-Reverse Logistics Equipment, which aims to filter and capture the gases generated through the fixed sources of emission. The technological innovation works directly in the washing and cooling of the gases, and enables capturing and filtering the polluting elements through the organic filters prepared for adsorption and absorption of the atmospheric pollutants.
Contents SOLLUTION, CGFS-REVERSE LOGISTICS The innovation presented here works on three fronts. It contributes directly to the reuse of solid wastes from the water used in the production process, filters and captures the gases generated through the fixed sources of emission. In addition, it can be used in boilers, ovens in general, stationary motors, thermoelectric plants and overall other fixed structures.                                                                                                                            Expected results, LEGISLATION AND REGULATION                                                                          International agreements and treaties, as well as Brazilian regulatory bodies, define maximum parameters of environmental control aimed at reducing atmospheric pollution and reducing catastrophes generated by the greenhouse effect. It has been proven through technical reports prepared by companies accredited by INMETRO (National Institute of Metrology Standardization and Industrial Quality) that the CGFS-Reverse Logistics has considerably reduced the emission of atmospheric pollutants in a host company. The gas temperature at the chimney output lowered from 198°C to 42°C - Efficiency of 71%; Particulate matter decreased from a total of 739.03(mg/Nm³) to 77.72(mg/Nm³) - Efficiency of 89.48%; Carbon monoxide (CO) decreased from 9,017.84 (mg/Nm³) to 1,382.829 (mg/Nm³) - Efficiency of 84.67%; Nitrogen oxide (NOx) decreased from 156.05 (mg/Nm³) to 56.77 (mg/Nm³) - Efficiency of 63.62%;
In this project it was verified that the period of payback in question is about three to ten years, through that, it demonstrates economic feasibility for the amount invested. In Brazil, there are currently approximately three hundred boiler manufacturers, fifty four stationary motor manufacturers and thousands of drying ovens manufacturers. However, there is no idea of the number of boilers in operation in Brazil. The initial idea is to serve the food industries and companies that use stationary generators to generate greenhouse gases and assemblers of urban and road transport vehicles. This technological innovation unlike equipment that uses catalysts, eliminates chemical reactions and uses materials that would normally be discarded, and in this way using the principles of reverse logistics.
